1st. 1 level added to the perk of your choice.

2nd. Half a level added to the perk of your choice.

3rd. 1/4 a level added to the perk of your choice.

Shouldn't matter. They only have one steam accound. And forum accounts are associated with a specific ip so it should be an issue
