how extend timeout for connection? sometimes i see "gameplay pending" and they steal my tank but after press "okay" i can join to game again

I don't know if it's possible to extend the connection timeout from your side (it's more the server I guess)

Do you use WiFi? If yes, you should connect via RJ45 cable / Ethernet. WiFi cause periodic ping peaks of 300-1000 ms which are enough to kill your connection.
Especially non americans have a lot of trouble. ^^

Another way is to send Shaitan your trace route log:

I occasionally struggle with the same problem - I can sit in the server and watch what's going on around me, but can't move anywhere. Eventually my connection times out, but I'm still connected to IRC etc. I haven't really figured it out except to say it seems to be due to my internet connection at the time.
