I like  new maps and a def renegade style  from time to  time.  I get bored easily with games.  So some change up is  good for me.

The new maps and tanks blow  I got a mammy that shoots fucking lasers and a recon bike killed me after what seemed like a half hr drive to find there base. Piss me off.  Yea them new map blow

I think the new maps idea was an awesome addition to Renegade, but once they added the new tanks/characters/weapons the server went downhill.

BUT, honestly there are WAY WAY too many new characters and vehicles on those maps/server, whats the freaking point? Ever heard of video game balance? It isn't a myth and that balance is what gives a game its character and is part of Westwood's ethos for every CnC game! You're watering down the one element that makes Renegade, Renegade.

Renegade is fine the way it always was. There's no reason to massacre it the way some servers do. It shows a lack of respect towards this great game.

MpF is the cancer of Renegade. If MpF wasn't around and everyone could play normal Renegade with us, Renegade would be a much better place.

I would not go that far. If they're still there it means they meet a demand. And some sound competition is always healthy.

I liked the idea of RenX, but the result was way over the top. Just like a update of original Ren without any new bs.

What you people refer to as "MPF" is the very outdated Imperial Age mod which is actually very sophisticated. Although the version that MPF uses is quite imbalanced even when you have the experience to know what your doing instead of being torn a new asshole because your a dirty noob that runs away crying, apparently like all of you who posted complaints. If you we're actually capable of comprehending strategies that include more than ~7 vehicles (9 on flying maps) and ~6 infantry weapons, you may actually have had fun playing.

The creators of the Imperial Age mod had a disagreement and broke away from MPF a long time ago, but continued their work. The up-to-date Imperial Age mod may be played on the IKMaps server and is considerably different from what you see 1/4 maps on the MPF server. In the actual Imperial Age, all the reasons you hated it and RQ are obsolete. Weapons and vehicles are far more refined for balanced gameplay. However, there are significantly more options available than what you've seen in the previous versions. I realize you only have 10 fingers and complex thought is very difficult when you have to count in your head, so I wont blame you for your ignorant criticism.
