Seems like textures from Tiberium Wars. Get XCC mixer and open up Always.dat. Then you see the texture names with a thumbnail. Then you can create map skins on your own.

I can't believe Renegade Skins is still active, that's awesome! Good job @shaitan finding that and having all those files for the players!
