fratboy Posted June 9, 2019 Posted June 9, 2019 What games is everyone playing/ looking to pick up on Steam sale this summer? I played Oxygen not Included and Mount&Blade a bunch in the last month. Also tried Northgard, didn't really enjoy it. Here's the games I'm looking to pick up on sale: Sunless Skies, Thea 2, Heroes of Hammerwatch, and possibly Kingdom come Deliverance. what are some lesser know titles out there worth picking up?
Manuel857 Posted June 9, 2019 Posted June 9, 2019 on Steam I currently play PUBG, GTA, MORDHAU, and Rocket League.
Qjmatrix1 Posted June 15, 2019 Posted June 15, 2019 ROCKET LEAGUE!!!!!! ON STEAM half life counter strike and Atlantica.. but Atlantica is a Nexxon game supported by steam

Guest rackz Posted June 18, 2019 Posted June 18, 2019 (edited) to bad we all cant see our total time we spent on renegade.... peoples will call us degenerates probably lol and heres my steam top/shit list: (fuck em, Renegade for life!) (and all my cracked games like far cry 5 etc are max 25 hours) Edited June 18, 2019 by rackz
Guest rackz Posted June 18, 2019 Posted June 18, 2019 Oh, and the 41 hours on GTA5.... is kinda fake, half of it were loadscreens... this game is complete bullshit
fratboy Posted June 18, 2019 Author Posted June 18, 2019 I guess I'm not too innocent in the hours department either lol Is L4D2 still popular/ people play it?
shaitan Posted June 18, 2019 Posted June 18, 2019 We have one up, if I get in there it'll get people(same for the alien swarm one). I just looking through the WorldWarZ I've been playing lately, I guess it doesn't keep track of time spent.
Discipile Posted June 18, 2019 Posted June 18, 2019 Jeez shai, your Ark... that's almost half of what I have one my one of four steam accounts for Terraria XD https://gyazo.com/e7bed3ffe9fd8e2029dd91923484c31f My total hours in Terraria is over 18 thousand, I was an Alpha tester... I need help. Starbound has 1300, Steam + Non Steam + Unstable Realm of the Mad God has 3169 hours

Starbound - If you're as interested as I think you are in it, the game at full price on steam is 15 dollars, it going on sale for less is just a must have, there's something in it for everyone, fantastic story, roleplay (varying on where you go server wise), make music, create a custom weapon out of thin air, drive a tank, blow up a planet, build a space station, or a moon, organize dungeon/mission raids, take a job as a bounty hunter, you name it! The game's soundtrack is absolutely incredible, with the new 1.4 tracks, I think Starbound is now above Terraria, lets see what Terraria's own 1.4 update has to offer though... Hollow Knight - An amazing 2D platformer hack and slash to a degree, the graphics, story, especially music and atmosphere are divine. The map of the world is extremely vast and filled to the brim with easter eggs. I have around 60 hours in one save file and I'm not truly done yet, (I think I'm around 112%/113% done, not sure though). You're set in a grim cave with nothing but a nail as your sword (protagonist (you) is a bug). Whole masterpiece of a game that's only around 15 USD. Tons of free DLC too. However; there's one catch. This is by far, the most difficult game I've ever played, it makes Cuphead look easy. It's not unfairly difficult like Dark Souls, it's very manageable, all about trial and error. So if you're looking for a true challenge 1) Buy Starbound and do my events, 2) Buy Hollow Knight, I guarantee you either of these choices will satisfy you for their price. If I were to pick one to purchase, I'd personally go with Starbound, it's more my type of game, but I'm not you, or anyone else reading this, so of these two, if you're going to checkout one, you decide. ~ Skilz 1

fratboy Posted June 18, 2019 Author Posted June 18, 2019 (edited) Actually I already have starbound, almost 100 hours on that too, had it back when you had to keep your character warm at nights lol Hollow Knight has been on my wish list for a long time, was never sure if I wanted to actually buy it, sounds like an interesting game tho @Skilz Is your starbound server like factions? (what I've heard) or does it have PvE options? Can we do Boss raids with several people? I got really bored of single player but I would definitely like to try multiplayer Edited June 18, 2019 by fratboy 1
shaitan Posted June 18, 2019 Posted June 18, 2019 Admittedly, a lot of the Ark hours are 'afk hours'. Mostly from the days you had to afk half the day to tame/raise dinos. @ice187dna @visara1 @QwickSilver can verify that.

I got really bored of single player but I would definitely like to try multiplayer Yes, Factions and PvE and Boss Raids, I've been trying to organize world record runs for the final boss, our time so far is 70 seconds! Factions aspect has a lot of fighting, taking other people's planets, blowing shit up and all that. There are also invasion events, NPCs/Monsters that attack someone's faction capital, along with boss raids and quests are the main ways to get currency to buy custom items and that good stuff! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0r6ProamNlM& ^ Our speedrun
