Question 1: What is your real first name? 
Answer: My genuine opening name is Keith. 
Question 2: What is your primary Minecraft in-game name?
Answer: GodMonopoly, I also have an alternate account; MelvinOG.
Question 3: What is your date of birth and age?
Answer: My date of birth is 4/22/04 making me fifteen years old.
Question 4: How long have you been playing on a regular basis in our server?
Answer: On a regular basis I play nearly everyday.
Question 5: When did you submit your application for "Trusted?"
Answer: I submitted my "Trusted" application on 9/13/17.
Question 6: Do you understand how to use IRC and Teamspeak?
Answer: I understand how to use Teamspeak, while IRC on the other hand I do not.
Side Note: I'm also very good with Discord; I really enjoy making servers.
Question 7: Are you an experienced Moderator?
Answer: While previously being a temporary moderator, I used to be a moderator on another server with ten to twenty players.
Question 8: Using about 15-20 words, tell us about yourself.
Answer: I am easy to get a long with and very creative. I like to make people laugh and have a good time.
Question 9: How long have you been playing Minecraft?
Answer: I've been playing Minecraft for around three to four years.
Question 10: Have you ever been kicked, banned, or lost your Trusted status?
Answer: Yes, I've been kicked for AFKing. Banned for using x-ray modifications.
Question 11: What time zone do you live in and when would you be available?
Answer: I'm available most of the time. I live in EST and CST.
Side Note: EST and CST are one hour apart.
Question 12: How would you contribute to make our server a place that players would want to come to and stay?
Answer: By being friendly to others, by greeting them and wishing them a farewell. I would help people find things and help them with any other issues they may have.
 I will also create and build creative builds. For mini-games, and future spawns to come when new version come out. To make it look more appealing, than it already is.
Question 13: Do you have anyone on the current staff team of position Mod or higher who has offered to sponsor you?
Answer: Yes, I have two people who have offered to sponsor me. One being camflht and the other being blu101.
Question 14: Do you know how to work with Linux command line or the programming language Java?
Answer:  No I don't, know how to work with Linux commands or Java. Everyone starts somewhere.
Question 15: Do you have experience with plugins?
Answer: Yes, I used to test on a private server messing with already made plugins.
