Rackz Moon Madness event!

Tomorrow(Sept 3, 2019) we'll be running the low gravity Moon maps @rackz made for Renegade Marathon. They'll be mixed in with the regular maps, and they will have some rules(not written yet, but will be).

For people that want to download all of what we 'will' have: The "map pack" will be inside the Server Information topic. Do not download them yet and install, I won't be changing things over until tonight(and seeing if they'll work without issues). They'll be in the resource manager for auto-downloading of course.

Moon maps - You CAN nuke on top of Bar,Ref,Hon,Silo. 
Moon maps - You can NOT nuke on WF top is illegal(rear ledge and front stack area is OK),Air very top is illegal(lower part is OK),AGT top.
Moon maps - You can NOT jump on top of other vehicles to get on top of buildings(reason: if the enemy loses WF/Air they cannot reach there too with the APC).
Moon maps - You can NOT go on the outside of the map to nuke or snipe(EX; above AGT on Under/sniping on the mountains).
Moon maps - You CAN 1-man wallhop. You can NOT 2-man(or more) wallhop(fairness: not everyone will pull it off).

On some maps like canyon you can jump inside ref and place invisible nukes, while on some others you will fall off map:

That’s the price of maps where rooftop access is normally not permitted lol. Always a laugh though!

Meds are broken on City_flying.  Spawns as immovable/invisible.  You can get in and fire, but nothing else.

Meds are broke because they use a custom model wich is not included >_> but its just an event, i could fix it for a new event.

That means i need to fix 9 maps now >_>
