No team balance for hr or days when i play

Team balancing is not as easy as people think. Like Shaitan mentioned sometimes we are the middle of an attack, or working on base defense, and sometimes miss a general chat about teams.

When I do see the teams uneven I don't generally use !teams, and I don't like to switch people anymore without trying to ask for volunteers first.  The last time I just quickly switched a player they entered a complaint on this forum alleging mod abuse because I switched them.

As far as squads go I say have at it.  If you can't defend against ANY three players (or any squad size) then you should lose because they are better.  The more common problem is teams that don't invest in base defense.  And regular players should know what maps are most vulnerable to squad attacks so they should be ready for them.

Also, too many players give up as soon as one building is lost.  You see rq all the time as soon as a building is killed.  What the hell?? Stay and fight!  I have seen some spectacular turn-around victories on this server.  People need to toughen up around here.

Last, there are a few players who have an endless number of comments on the mods, and how to mod.  I say rather than waste all that "expertise" apply to become a mod and help us out.

Lmao. The times you guys have seen me adding certain people as temp-temp moderators(a script I made): it's been for the troll factor. They bitch and bitch and bitch, but when you give them mod they do fuck all with it, because it comes with a price.
