Squads need removing

Unfortunately squads mean that teams are very uneven and makes it no fun whatsoever to play. If you are a good player you will almost always end up opposing the squad, with very little support.

I have decided I will no longer bother playing when there is a squad of strong players, its just a waste of time.

If you want your server to survive then I suggest you remove the squad feature.
