what is up, my dogs?

hello, all dogs; it is i, fellow dog.  after being illegally, forcibly searched by the police of the westerville, ohio police department while attending high school during my senior year, i stopped going in early 2002 and instead began playing c&c renegade all day.  since then, and over many years, i've thought back to how this game stood out and was unique amidst its peers, having certain gameplay qualities which i've yet to see explored elsewhere.  something about the whole fps/rts mixture done right.

anyway, my life is still awful and i've got a shitty old laptop to my name, so what better to do with all my wasted time than play a game i first played when i was only seventeen?
