Mod complaint

Apparently I can't find the official spot to make complaints against moderators, so I'm making it here. 

 

DaDuke seems to think its ok to just kick people out of a game, especially when a ref is dead, without warning. I had been kicked out of a game for TH a couple minutes after an incident occured where I had lagged and was alt-tabbed to my desktop and had apparently ran into ExEric3 killing him somehow. Apparently he couldn't move around me while I was tabbed to desktop and I had received an instant kick for it. Not even asked what had happened. I was almost pretty certain a warning needed to at least be given before a kick was actually given. This isn't the first time I've seen complaints against DaDuke for kicking people without warrant. Tell me if I'm wrong, but that's borderline mod abuse.

first off there isnt a warrant before a qkick,

2nd when i got that complaint i went looking for you and you were bumping into anoter teammates tank so a qkick was in order

Whos the other person I was bumping into, thats what Id like to know. I wasnt lagging that long. I'd like this other person to say who he was so I can see how full of shit you are. Also, yes you give people warning before you just kick them out of a game for literally no reason. I wasnt bumping into anybody. 

 

Also, how is it possible I was bumping into anybody when someone was bringing me back to base in their apc when I got kicked?

 

Can't be bumping into "multiple" people if I wasnt in my own vehicle to begin with

 

Go ahead and double check irc to confirm,Id seriously like to know. Itll tell you how long I was out of my own APC before I got kicked.

Nope we don't and clearly there wasn't "no reason".  Duke barely even kicks people so you were clearly doing something wrong, and someone obviously complained, and he saw you doing it red-handed.

 

If you were lagging and thats the reason you were bumping into people, move on, shit happens
