I want my 2nd char "Bingus" to become V.I.P

Hi, it's me Dingus. I was wondering if my 2nd char could get V.I.P aswell. Sorry i didn't tell u guys sooner. I haven't made the 2nd char before I asked for V.I.P the 1st time. Sorry if i'm bothering you.
