Show? I don't record gameplay that my fanbase of 2 ppl watch. Your tags are toxic "fuck rc mods, stfu mud, pos rc mods." You are muted for a reason, why should we allow you to continue to be toxic with set joins/tags? The map prior to the one in this video was Canyon. We were losing and you were throwing motes on the MCT so it couldn't be repaired. Then you were purposefully sitting and refilling your character so arty could shoot inside. This match you used rail/recon which you know isn't allowed. I asked you to stop and you change your tag to "stfu mud". Every day it's some dumb fucking thing with you. You should be banned permanently and I have no idea why you aren't. Also, we weren't losing this match. We just got done killing destroying your ob a minute or 2 before I banned.

Surely a good mod like you could pull logs or some shit. I understand that you don't record yourself bc honestly nobody cares about who you are, or your gameplay. Canyon was over already you were just overreacting as usual, Bar and WF were gone the first mins - everyone was just getting ready for next match - but you had to fuck up. I put 4-5 remotes in REF MCT and you immediately !disarmed it - fine, then I sat in PT waiting for game to be over and you didn't like that either. You even teleported me to top of hill where sniper was, and when I fell I was able to steal that arty because I came from behind it, in other words you fucked up this arty guy by teleporting me right above him (well done). Clearly you have some beef and you just retaliated.

I don't know shit about what you consider to be allowed. The rule is that E fire is not allowed with any tanks (arty/light/stank), we know it is allowed with APCs, but nobody has really said shit about flame tanks, recons, ssm, chameleons, mrls - and I only did it once WTF (IMO it should be allowed because recon fire angle is very limited, and sometimes you can't turn in time to fire at the target). Also mean !tag and !setjoin messages are not against rules, so spare me your tears hypocrite. You complain about my whining but you are the first fucktard that is ready to use mod powers as soon as your feelings are hurt. You even acted inconsistently, PMing me that I was going to get banned for breaking rules if I did some shit again and after that I didn't do anything that broke the rules and you still banned me.

And yes, you were losing. We had silo/air/hand. Losing WF in mara DethRiver is pretty much gg since you can't get meds unless ofc you !kick the enemy team. Mediocrity at its best.

April, try a little harder at not being a drama queen. If you get moderated/warned for breaking rules, it doesn't mean you need to act like a child with !tags. That'll only mean you're about to lose all commands for bypassing to get around a legitimate mute.

I can see mud's point that it does add up after awhile. So, how about toning down the anti-RC moderator rhetoric?

As for the E+firing; 

• No more of the jumping out of your vehicle and firing trick. This means pressing E at the same time as firing for a double shot(tank + Rail/Pic = illegal). APC/Buggy/Humvee/Heli/SSM are allowed!

Recons are allowed, by way of not being added to the first list. You guys know what that rule is meant to stop, slow recon rockets =/= tank shells when you pull off the E+rail/pic. On Niagra it might be a thing, but that map most of the guys win by using stanks. Even if you were to pull it off alot there with the OP recons, it'd only serve to counteract the OP Humvees(plus you'd get wrecked by hopping out and going slow).

Why am I not shocked to see you running to the rescue of your staff even when they're wrong? I don't see the point of !squad shunning btw, what does it have to do with it anyways. If you are going to ban me for this then ban tomo, exeric, shady, bow, broly, woj, redpillar, chris, friends, sweetpie, luna, limado, geko, and every other single player that jumps in/out of his/her veh to aim against inf. How the fuck is targeting infantry considered e+fire esp when i'm not even hitting them 2x damage with stank, thats why we allow e+fire with jet+sniper in the first place. Others and I've been doing this forever ( you can check my streams/vids), and what a coincidence that just now after I killed his WF he insta bans me for this. Also, he didn't do shit to fix teams earlier when we were down -4 ppl, luckily people joined right after and we barely held base together - but some rq'd cus of this nonetheless.

TBH I wanted to chime in already earlier but I deleted the whole message because I'm not playing enough these days to have a global vision. It's just my opinion so take this with a grain of salt.

I appreciate that Shai tried to make the rule clearer but it still isn't IMO. Is a stank considered a tank? It's got slow missiles just like the recon bike (though you could argue it's kinda abuse coming with an insivible vehicle and pulling off headshots on unsuspecting victims, but it's not what we're discussing here). MRLS doesn't fire fast shells so that vehicle's allowed, but not an arty just because the shell is slightly faster?

When I moderated more I didn't enforce that rule too much honestly unless someone clearly abused it. I don't mind someone doing it once or twice, while I'd probably take action if someone's still doing it after a few warnings. It's kind of a gray zone for me... It's not gamebreaking or cheating, oftentimes I'll rather try to snipe the guy when he pops out when you know the exit location on vehicles... It's kinda like invis, It's so context-dependant and subjective, so freaking hard to enforce honestly.

I don't know the whole story regarding why you're viewed as an asshole lately around here, and if really you're screwing up the gameplay on a regular basis. I'm not chiming on that either but if it's true and the whole mod team agrees that you've been naughty on a regular basis then I'll trust the people that say it's justified. I've looked at the videos though and from what I've seen, based on them exclusively, those bans were NOT justified. The !tag stuff is petty and TBH I've been harrassed and insulted way worse than that by some people yet didn't kick them. If we'd ban or kick people based on toxicity alone, damn  Headsh0t woud have been yeeted years ago... I'm not saying you're not in the wrong at all April, but nameismud you really need to chill out and get a thicker skin. Ban ingame and on forums? wtf...

I somewhat agree to the efire rule against tanks. But please explain to me how what I just did would've been OK if I had jet/500 sniper instead (against infantry)? I'm not pushing anything, I'm just minding my own business tbh and then things like this keep happening. Like I said, others and I have been doing this for ages.
