Moderator Rules?

Is there a set list of rules/responsibilities for mods, posted somewhere?

 

Or maybe a list of mod commands?

 

I made tempmod, but I'm not real sure what that means. (except stay out of admin channel)

 

What commands can I use, do I have to use them in IRC, or can I moderate from in game?

You can moderate as a temp mod from in game only. On irc you have access to:
