Renegade gameplay videos

EA made red alert 2 free to play several years ago....Ren is the next C&C game after RA2....they make $0 from Ren and could likely make it free to play (legally) with little effort on their end (1 announcement or 1 html landing page)

I play Renegade from the pack on Origin and I could open it on 2 computers at same time (on same IP address).

1. That is in the wall of posts here. That is the one thing that really is not on YouTube about renegade at all. I am going to make a step by step video tutorial. But. Seems to be now several people here using different things to get the actual game. Need to settle on the best route, that now I'm not sure about. Need to have a sure way of installing the game, as easy as possible. Preferably just a link that brings up a download and voila! 

2. I don't think money or advertising is going to actually be a benefit to us. But you all most certainly can chip into my cause, I'll reach out once the videos are done with how you all can help me. 

3. Real renegade players don't need fancy textures to rekt people. 

4. Your REALLY not gonna like the next one. .

When I came back a few years ago I actually paid like $4.99/mo for that dumbass EA subscription thing to get Renegade.  Paid for it for like a year even….  Then one day decided to cancel it and try to figure out how to download Rene the hard way, but turns out my game still worked even though I wasn’t paying the $4.99 anymore lol.

Normally I’d be annoyed that I wasted $55, but it was worth every penny to retire several greats!

Dude I totally forgot about EA having it available also. I actually have that same pass, I have it because my son plays the FIFA's. Its less painful to me to spend the 4.99 a month then to get the deluxubersuperduper package that ends up costing like 100 dollars on steam. There is actually some mainstream ways to access the game too turns out. EA is garbage, but I know a lot of people do buy that monthly pass for the other games. 

With all these ways to get the game at least to a setup point, that is helpful. I think I will just mention ALL the ways possible to highlight that. But if anyone knows a link that is, click here, download, install. Without any other third party, thats what im most interested in.

Yeah but i bet you wish they would all come back now lol. 

I look back to my last run as my first longer run i didn't have a whole lot of ability. And all those players, the great players to the people that totally sucked. Id take them back in a heartbeat to have filled servers again. I've always enjoyed the chaos of filled public servers. Getting called a hacker fifty times a day. That's the kind of renegade environment i find most enjoyable.

Bogged down with work/computer building at home. I have edited out the video footage so far for the game footage release, but still need to make it theatrical. And sit down and do the "how to get renegade working" video. Hopefully by end of next week, I'll be done with both of those videos and we can really try to get some new blood.

might make some nice footage this sunday in funwars, we´re supposed to get a decent amount of people. the usual inspects and some oldschool legends like volcom and whiskey are joining.

If a lot do show up should make teams based on preference, and not just about keeping things even.

Captains only way to make things fair, otherwise EZ dominates...You have to split us up

Yea, we’ll play it by ear on Sunday.  I’m sure everyone will be fine with however we decide to do it.  I’m def not against trying to let groups play together if we can keep the teams fairly even while we do it.  I’m sure Whiskey, k1ll and Volcom would like to play together if they can.  
 

We’re starting to get enough old .cc players back that it’ll balance out regardless.  H20 being rusty is still equivalent to EZ.  Those guys know what they’re doing maybe even more so than us at this point, they don’t have the past several years of pub servers wearing on their strategies.

@Goztowit's more then likely going to be you capturing footage. I'm probably going to be stuck working tomorrow during playing hours. Anything you get pm me like the last ones. Definitely need clan war stuff. If it's still active when i get home at whatever time that will be, hopefully we can get another game in.
