Favorite Rene-map?

What's your favorite map and why? VOTE NAO!

Mine is Field obviously... My obsession for this map all started back in St0rm when I had many, many epic Field games (with rebuyable buildings you could buy back only once).

I like it's balance and the tactical approach you have to use to win the game. Best map ever. <7

Field Field Field! Its just awesome, for both sniping & tanks.

I cast my vote for Glacier, It is one of the few maps that seems to have equal support for Tanks and Infantry at the same time, I especially like the remake Glacier_TS in which the maps lighting was updated, among a few other touch ups as well, that and I have a favor for snow maps, I guess it has something to do with being from up North.

Field sucks, sucks, sucks! 1 way in or out of the base, means you can't mount a counter-attack. It is a good map for 8 or less player on a side. Any more means an overwhelming tank barrage at your enemy's front door, and that gets old quickly.

I like walls flying and any other maps on you poll with under my 2nd least liked.

I tend to prefer non base defense maps where (with good teamplay) you can rush early.

Volcano, Complex, Walls.

That said I really like Niagra, Mines_TS and Uphill.

One Christmas, years ago, we played Snowfight 2004 in a Funwar. Totally hysterical fun map.

I cast my vote for Glacier

Good choice, next to Field, I like Glacier alot too. Very balanced and fun to sneak into buildings. Makes mining very important.

Carnage club is fun once in a while lol, or that roleplay map. How can you like MinesTS btw? Storm had that map on their ultra server, and god, I really disliked that one.

Any map without a base defense is awesome. It requires skill and strategy on both nod and gdi to play these maps efficiently. So I vote for anything without a base defense.

i think field is so awesome since i never get money on renegade and i spend it quick so i go inside the tunnels and find dna! so easily awesome map..
