Apologies

Apologies for my recent inactivity.

 

I've had a bit of a tough week. Last Monday I had 2 Wisdom teeth removed (which, i know, will make me even more stupid) .

 

I still have some bone fragments floating around in my mouth and it feels like I have a mouthful of razor blades. (so TS has been kinda pointless). Still aches like hell after a week but the bruise on my chest from where the dentist put his knee is fading.

 

More importantly, last Thursday, my Dad developed a serious heart problem. He had surgery yesterday and is now doing fine.

 

Between running to and from the Hospital, the 9 to 5, and family life, Renegade has had to come a poor fourth.

Sorry to hear about your father Gumby. I am very glad to hear he is stable and doing well. As for your wisdom teeth, it takes a while, but the pain goes away. Don't worry about RenCorner, we will be here for you. Take your time!

I feel your pain Gumbo.  I had to run back and forth to the hospital and rehab when my wife had open heart surgery 2 years ago.  She was in for 30 days due to complications before her surgery, then 2 weeks in rehab facility.  All this while I had a 1 hour travel for 8 weeks for radiation treatments.  I wasn't home until after 9pm before I cooked supper!

 

Getting old is a bitch, enjoy your youth while you can, before your body breaks down (and it will)!

I hope your dad is doing fine.  I trust the dentist only used 1 knee, 2 knees would have nullified your tits!
