Hi all,

I know I've been a no show for a long time (due to some major health issuses) and I'm sorry I'm back only to bring You bad news.

I talked to Gr8BigGuys wife tonight and she informed me that he has pancreatic cancer and is having a rough time

It is BigGuy himself who asked me to inform our Rengade family about his condition.

His wife asked us all to send our prayers his way, so lets send everything we have in prayers, well wishings and love to them both :msn-redheart:

I'll keep You updated when I get more information.

/Hugs Angel

You tell her to tell him, to get his butt fixed up. I was wondering where he was, noticed him missing during the Steam release.:beerhere:

He was one of my best teachers in Renegade and without him I wouldn't know how to play. I can never be as good a Gunner as him. I send you hugs, old friend.

Have played countless hours with this guy. May he and all the other persons suffering from this disease recover completely from it.

I can understand what Gr8 and his family might be going through as my mum is also suffering from cancer for the past 2 years. Have undergone multiple surgeries, chemo and radio therapies and further surgery to deal with the after effects of radio-therapy.

Biggie, aka Gr8Bigguy, been missing you on here and  our prayers are with you.  You have been a fixture on renegade and a great competitor  and teammate and challenge to sneak past.   Hoping you get well soon and we can see you on renegade real soon.

In countless games I recall checking the base to see if we had any defense, and so many times I found Gr8 on the job!!  He gave me confidence I could leave and attack because I knew we were in safe hands!!  He was also my inspiration to use a gunner more and more.  I miss you in games Brother, and will pray for a speedy and full recovery!!!

Defense is poopy since you have not been in game!

Recover soon!

Fuuuuck, this sucks to hear. Gr8bigguy's been an amazing addition to the Renegade community, I'm gonna miss that powerhouse of a guy.

If you still can get in contact with his family, please try to get them in contact with the Nicholas Gonzalez foundation. They were founded on the discovery of a treatment for Pancreatic cancer and they might be able to help. His treatment protocol may sound like quackery at first, but he's published multiple books talking exclusively through their case studies and the scientific basis of their protocol so you can fact check everything they do and come to your own conclusions.

My thoughts go out to him and his family. Pancreatic cancer is one helluvabiatch. :sadd:

Hi again :bye:

I sent a link to this post to BigGuys wife so she can read your comments to him if he's not well enough to read them himself, but as of yesterday I understood it as he had read them himself.

So let us all keep sending him messages to cheer him him up :bananallama: and keep on praying :nervous-prayer-smiley-emoticon:

I agree with so many of you, Renegade without BigGuy is not the same.

mddog I'm missing You guys so much, maybe I'll try to join a game or two during the weekend :sword:

Angel, if you play, let me know and I'll join in too, please. I did talk to him last night, and he answered me. I know you are reading it.

Oh man that was a sad read.

BigGuy we miss you and love you. Reading everyone's comments here, I don't think many players, especially quite guys like you, impacted so many other players as you do.

I was wondering where you at lately but I and hoped you have less Ren-time for good reasons, unfortunately we hear they are not...

I hope for your full and quick recovery and to see you in game soon.

I talked to BigGuys wife a couple of days ago. She told me it was about the same but he's in pain and getting weaker.

His family is with him :msn-redheart:

So lets keep on praying that he will get better. :yahoo-praying:
