years ago a friend taught me how to change nod chat text color as seen below..

but this only changes chat text of nod.. is there a similar way to change color of all text relating to nod (all text in red)?

create a text file called hud.ini and add the following to it:

[General]
NodHouseRed=0
NodHouseGreen=255
NodHouseBlue=255
PrivateMessageRed=0
PrivateMessageGreen=255
PrivateMessageBlue=0

Then place it in My Documents -> Renegade -> Client, you might also have to place it in your Renegade/Data folder

Cool thanks!  Worked for me after dropping it only into the My Documents -> Renegade -> Client folder

I changed my Nod colors to pink and removed the custom colors for private messages.  If you want the same, here's the code:  (file attached also)

[General]
NodHouseRed=234
NodHouseGreen=54
NodHouseBlue=128

Nice link, thx . i checked it but it doesnt include the codes for what's color i want to change

I want to change the red colored lines seen on scrrenshot:

like it says someone killed someone or someone destroyed someones tank
