Banned - please help!

If you have been banned in our servers please provide the following information:

• When and where you where banned, - no idea, w/c 7 October 2024, as I was playing that week and then logged in 12 October and became aware that I was banned.
• Ingame nickname. - Bossmandu
• By what moderator or admin you where banned. - Not sure, I wasn't in-game when I was banned! I left after a game finished so never got a notification.
• What is the reason of you being banned. - Not sure, I wasn't in-game when I was banned! Hopefully case of mistaken identity.
• Logs / Screenshots / videos / witnesses. n/a 
• Any addition information that will help your case. None really, I played Ren since it first came out and have got back into it recently. I have never cheated and never will because f**k that, appreciate that after  20+ years the server is still going, would be gutted if not unbanned! Now not sure what to do with my Saturday night! I use a VPN but that is the only thing which I can think of and presume not. I don't break any unofficial rules as I am too much of a bot to do wall hopping etc.!

Don't join using VPN. We are cracking down on that (thanks to cat)
