Banned on the server

I downloaded the game and logged on to the server, after 5 seconds it appeared that I was banned, although I didn't even have time to do anything, please help in this situation. The nickname is in the game Groman. Thank you in advance.

If you use a vpn then disable it before joining.

I don't use vpn. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I'm from Russia?

Your IP had bad reputation so its highly possible u got something what was before abused. Should be fixed.
