No Weapons, Only My Hands Are Seen

my weapons are missing on this map, only i see my hands. any ideas?

not only weapons missing, i also can not see some of the vehs..

on this ss medica and xultra have vehs, but i just see their names and a blue tank icon..

the worst thing is i cant aim and hit these type of vehs

btw cuz i dont have a cdrom, i used demo to install the game

do u think it might be about it? cuz looks like its only me having this problem..
