Why is my Egyptian bank card transaction being declined? My bank refused to process or even convert foreign currency. Therefore, I will close my bank account and look for a bank that supports and converts Egyptian currency to foreign currency. This may take approximately 25 days. I'm pretty sure the RenCorner PayPal is registered as a private account, and it would be the same as donating to Manual.

You should contact your bank or the credit card company and ask them to forward your PayPal payment, it's probably them who blocked the transaction.

I think shaitan said somewhere he will not accept any donation from you. And even if you will donate some amount shaitan will refund it back to you.
