Nuke/Ion Beeps Modified?

have we modified the nuke/ion beeps in the game?

like 15 yrs ago it was easier to hear these beeps? or im remembering wrong? not sure

yesterday on map city i was repairing my orca next to wf tun side (kinda between wf and agt) and nod deployed a nuke..

i jumped in orca and flew thru bar, pp and ref..

no beeps i heard and i thought it was fake..

then i flew right top of wf and i heard the beep..

if im not wrong, yrs ago we were able to hear beeps not only when we are right on top of the building but when we are a few meters away from that building

also in the last few yrs, i several times have observed that other players being like "i havent heard the beep, wtf!"

I think that rarely, there is a bug, that prevents you from hearing a deployed beacon.

I'm not aware of any change in the beacons sound level.

sometimes beacons dont beep too prolly some glitch or bug 
but yeah and the city flying match ik4 was talking abt i could only hear it when i went top of wf
