Activates: At map start player count is 20 or lower Time: 1h per map when at or below 5v5, 30m per map when at or below 10v10 Other: Can be voted off, start everyone with 1000 credits and double the income ticks while active. I think something like this is really needed to get the server off the ground during off peak times or just when its low pop. People are obsessed with "winning" without regard for the health of the server at low pop and will just rapidly cycle the maps until nobody is left playing. A system like this could keep the population high and engaged for longer, especially with more money to play with.
