Kirby attacked me AGAIN and then got mod to warn me when i did NOTHING wrong.

He didn't yell for me, I was standing both to next of you repairing KIRBY's tank when you jumped into it, drove it into the enemy tank line, and it got destroyed.  I saw no signs of an enemy trying to steal the tank, and if there were an enemy running toward the mammy, then you get in it and SHOOT AT IT, rather than drive straight to the line of fire.... 

You didn't even get kicked, I just saw what was happening with my own eyes and determined that it appeared to be a bit of a dick move, please don't do it again.

Dude I don't have animosity towards you I don't even know you. If the warning was in error then pay no mind to it. If it was legit then just stop being a dick, life goes on
