You're telling people to stop complaining. You're telling people should accept that people can be useless ingame and not care for it.

Not everyone has the same mindset as you dude. I get tilted when my team on Field plays bad, but I don't type it in chat. At one point I'll just leave, and let them play and suck on their own lol.

A guy who snipes all game long sniping free infantry for 3 hours after the HON/Bar is dead. Is that OK or is that being useless, cause you could instead get a tank and help end the game?

i didnt mean to approve these kind of gameplay, but its a fact that evreyone enjoys the game in a different way..

some like just to go sbh, many join the game just to snipe, they never even get in a tank..

we are gonna kick them cuz they got sbh or cuz they are sniping?..

i mean no one is perfect, and since this is a public game just for fun, let ppl play the way they enjoy it as long as they obey the rules and do not cheat..

ppl are maybe useless in game by going sbh or sniping or beating tun with arty..

i do not approve this type of gameplay but the point is thats just the way they enjoy the game..

i mean sometimes i tell ppl "8 stanks = gg .. meet at air" and no one listenes xD and i stop trying.. are  we gonna force them to get a stank?

Bad gameplay should not be encouraged. I understand what you're saying though. Not everyone is serious when it comes to playing casual Renegade. They just want to have fun.

But there is a difference between an oblivious guy who played the game for years, and a n00b that's new to the game.

The latter you can forgive, cause he doesn't know better.

The key question here is: why would you play useless on purpose if you know how the game works?

Positive encouragement is something what I believe in, explain people what could help the team, instead of yelling like an assclown: 'OMFGGG WA DA FUCK R U DOIN' U PIECE OF SHIT PLIZ LEAVE'.

And that doesn't mean, we force them to play like WE want, we're giving them advice instead... even public players like to see teamwork or a good team. Has nothing to do with competitive gaming.

also not encouraging bad gameplay.. true they just wanna have fun..

no matter the player is newbie or an experienced one, anyone would like to play in a different way from time to time..

speaking of myself, i play since 2003, but sometimes when i play too long hours i get tired so i just wanna chill, get an sbh and c4 mrls in field or beat tun with arty or something..

We're getting sidetracked here, you can choose to play how you want... so long as you contribute to your team. Did the server put you on Nod? Stay on Nod and snipe/tank/repair to your heart's content.

which is why I also do not support the squad feature, team swapping, or any means by which I can change team out of my own decision.

Leave the server to balance the teams indiscriminately as it does.

If teams become unbalanced, make a script that, after a minute or two takes the lowest-points players on the larger team and shifts them over onto the smaller team. These lower-points players are the ones who have most likely most recently joined/haven't yet invested in their original team, and are thus less likely to rage about being shifted.

Already a script to do that exists I believe. But unfortunately, forcing people to change team, whether they joined recently or late, doesn't make much of a difference.

They will just leave the game, so the problem remains the same. Teams will be uneven.

People who want to be Nod or GDI per se, will leave if you force them to change.

That's why it's good that the moderators have priority to change teams since they should be neutral in regards to the player base.

This was the case in the past, last player would be swapped over, worked fine. Indirect forcing players to get points to not get swapped over too 👍🏼 which for the team is a good thing.

I always love play against op stacked enemys. Its so much fun. Sometimes I wish there were uneven teams, it would be fun. Because only then you can get better and use teamwork to win.

But for real - uneven teams happens but then its way way more fun to play and try to win. In my opinion - but I get the issue.
