Harassment from ILL / MaxVerstrappen

Can anything be done about ILL and his alts constantly harassing me? I have reported to mods repeatedly and most he gets is a warn. He specifically joins games for 2 seconds just to noob and troll me. It's toxic. all

It took you only few weeks to post it here? Now you gonna post MPF stuff here? I think Cronus explained it to you on a discord. Im gonna grab some popcorn.

Only one of these 10 items is from MPF and, yes, the harassment and targeting cross-server, which is why I mentioned it both places - with the majority being here at RC. 

Also, the fact this spans weeks and months shows it's a continued trend, which is worse in my view than a one game, or one day, or even one week, little rage fest.
