Skin Request Approval

What is the filename of the skin?
changed_files.txt lists filenames of all of the affected files.
.zip is all of the files from changed_files.txt
.pkg allows you to install the art package for use on test server and on LAN.

What does the skin do/what does it change?
It makes Renegade look like a comic-book without giving any advantages (like the games Cel-Damage, XIII, Jet Set Radio, etc.). Pretty shitty but I enjoy it.

Please upload some screenshots of the skin, as well as the file itself.
