This moron keeps PM spamming me....Please notice that I don't reply to him AT ALL, and he keeps PM spamming me...He keeps joining on multiple names (Yipman, BuuBIH, ChimaBIH, GogetaBIH) to noob me....I also don't noob people multiple times either (only once). Is this PM spamming like this, using multiple nicks, allowed? If yes, so I know also
