Siege, Snow, Glacier_Flying, and Sand have been added. Under will be removed. I agree with some and disagree. We will see what happens when the public not on the forums reacts.

Big mistake to remove Under. It's a map that is a part of Renegade. Might aswell remove Field & City_Flying. I have no problem by adding other maps, but removing those who are standard in Ren, I do.

I would not miss under in marathon.. when n00bstories removed it  everyone missed under so much (since they had an hour time limit) and was pissed off to play hourglass.

 

Also I think tomb should be added in! It is a cool map like volcano and everyone loves volcano.

 

Should make a poll if you did not vote for tomb because you have not played it or only played it like once so you lack valid input

I blame ACK.

 

It's a laggy POS map and you can walk into any Nod or GDI building except AGT.

 

Never liked it and considering the options available with 4.0 we could do much better.

 

On the upside Siege and Snow seem to be popular so why not replace Glacier_Flying with either Niagra or Creekdale?

 

Used both maps for commwars and they play pretty good in AOW or Marathon mode.

 

Could always bring back Under

Yeah it's a gay idea to place a map back in that our playerbase likes. All these new maps should have been done one at a time, or a poll ingame. Congrats you guys, you're emptying our server.

What playerbase? It was voted to be taken out by your playerbase. From what i've seen the server hasn't been emptied, i like sand and Siege. i've mainly been playing on them. I understand the problems with Glacier but the problems have been fixed with it but the players left in Renegade are generally slow on the uptake. But yeh, taking out Glacier is understandable but putting under back in..it just wasn't needed.

 

But clearly if you don't like what we've voted on here.. why even bother with the poll then and just ignore everyone as you've done by putting under back in.
