concerning #rc-aow and temp mods

Since temp mods were having trouble being auth'd ingame(got old doing it for them I imagine ), I set up the bot & irc permissions a tad bit differently now.

 

Temp mods can now !auth themselves from #rc-aow. They will be +v(voiced) in that channel. Please do not set non-temp mods to +v anymore in that channel. I removed everyone but them.

 

The other permissions for Half/Full should be ok, if you notice anything different let me know.

Updated this:

 

The snipe bot permissions and irc permissions were changed to be like Marathon's now. So temp moderators have +v, regulars do not in irc. This is so they can !auth nickname in the #rc-snipe channel too.
