I'm looking for a good talented sniper tutor who can teach a noob like me how to snipe.

LOL.........Sheila, no offense, but you're a good shot.  What a lot of these folks do is hugging.  I would recommend pistol master over sniper rifles, but that's just me.  Jumping and shifting can help but unless you master the V key and set it for ease of use, in my opinion, there's just no mastering sniping.  Your computer has a lot to do with it as well.  I'm not that good either and I hate wasting money on characters I'm going to lose quickly to Protos, woj or ehh.......waste of my time.  Keep at it but don't spend too much time on it if it's not progressing over time.  Remember to slow down and not rush your shot.  I do that a lot.  I get excited and miss more than I hit.  In that regard, it's like real life shooting.  You wait for the shot to come to you and breathe, aim, relax.......squeeze and kill.
