Hello Rencorner,

 

It has come to my attention that the above mentioned have only been considered trolls and contribute nothing to Rencorner. These guys have come together and taken time off their own careers and made time in their own life to help Rencorner. They have gotten people from AVA on our forums, they have got our facebook to almost 100 likes and have started to organize things like the weekly CS:GO meet ups.

 

I have known these guys for 8 or more years and I know they like to make their joke topics, but in all honesty the dedicated and the support they have shown for Rencorner out weighs that. For those of you that do not know these guys, their man objective is to have fun and to have a laugh. They are all nice and genuine guys if you take the time to actually say hello to them. For some reason certain members in this community think it is ok to group these guys together and not treat them as individuals. That is not the case, everyone is held accountable for only their own actions. Also to launch personal attacks on them based on their weight, or physical appearance is not tolerated and can not be justified by saying "Oh they are just trolls". There is a line in trolling that should never be crossed and when you start belittling our members based on things like that I will not stand for it. It goes against everything I believe in and everything Rencorner stands for. We are supposed to be  a place people feel comfortable and want to be. Not a forum of constant arguing and personal attacks for things that have happened in the past. 

 

From this moment I want every argument that has happened in the past to be in the past. We are all members of this community and we all want the best for it. These forums are not a place to for anyone to feel like they aren't welcome and it seems to me we have made four great guys want to leave this community. People that actually put in work and want to help Rencorner. I am very upset to lose people, that I actually consider friends and people whom I speak with daily, because of such immaturity.

 

I will be sending out messages to people who I feel need to grow up and make things right.

That's what started it this time. I got a Pm this AM asking to have a word with them because: "The harassment is getting tedious". You guys wouldn't have problems with people from here, if you didn't act so fucking stupid...then cry and act all innocent when you get it back in a different manner.

 

Immaturity is turning an Announcement topic of G1D's into a trolls paradise. Spamming the shoutbox to start bullshit with Root, Tiny, Dronez<insert name here> on a continuous basis isn't a "joke".The "jokes" are not funny, they demean people left and right. 90% of their posts are hidden/deleted for that very reason. If a handful of people are making a bunch of people angry every time they swarm in here to post, who is at fault? Alls I have to do is look at the shoutbox, look at the deleted posts, and look at the constant snipes.I remember AirCuntKiller belittling people all of the time and thinking it was OK, because he made maps.

The point is regardless of what they do when some one says something that is truly hurtful to them it isn't going to be tolerated. Everyone here is equal and it is your job to handle every situation without being biased Shaitan. I am not prepared to lose these guys are Rencorner members, nor am I prepared to lose anyone else. We need to loosen up a bit and take a joke and we need to realize where the line is and when not to cross it. I expected more from you guys. Starting tonight I will be revising the community top to bottom and there will be changes.

When they all group together in their immaturity, it makes it a whole lot easier to group them and label the group trolls (ehh excluded from that group as he normally posts on topic with some degree of maturity - except in the spam section but who even cares about that)

That has been addressed as well. They have their posting restricted to the spam section now. Yes they were worse in the past, but in all honesty they have gotten a lot better. Especially doing something constructive within the community like Social Media. I just want everyone to have a fresh start and give everyone a second chance like we are famous to do here.

I will give them credit, their immaturity brings a lightened sense of humor. I mean come on, anyone to think of Dr. Syphilis is thinking. But I will agree, they do exceed the line of trolling. But I still enjoy them. They are great people. I had a problem with them at first, but as Volcom said, we're all together in this community as equals. Just they need to learn when enough is enough. The shoutbox, that is another thing that they target and focus their main trolling on. I will stand on my grounds as to what I just said. Some of us, need to chill and accept it as a joke; not take it so seriously.

I see things (unspecific, for my own reasons) as done in that past as simply immature. People know how to behave, and how we want to look. Well I've stepped down as mod and the other guys are gonna leave too, I'll make sure to get rid of the traffic we brought here and i'll delete the social media aspects that us "trolls" have worked on to promote this server in the past month, and all the positive that go unnoticed. I also love the way i'm thrown in with the trolls when I've done nothing over the top in months, I've helped get people from outside the community to play here and to promote it and was working on bigger things, but i guess you guys can start again from scratch. I've never had one positive thing said about me ever so I honestly think it's time for myself and the guys to leave since you guys clearly don't want us here.

Also, i would not bring up being immature in this topic(saying this to some of you),especially when a huge amount of disrespect and immature behavior has come from a few of you. Hero took work off to make these amazing videos for us. And you ignorant people spat all over the effort he made. I do not care if they were pain in the ass trolls before, they have changed and I myself have witnessed the changing. When Italy joined RC he was rude and mean and always insulting people and trolling 24/7. After Rob talked to him he started to smarten up. Maybe all of you need to take a look in the mirror and see what you have done. You people know who you are and honestly its disgusting that you could make such fine people who have DEDICATED so much time to this community, and getting us players from all over to come here and join our community. as for thanking them for their contribution to rencorner, well i agree on that 100% , i even made a post like that no so long ago , italy sometimes joins server just to get games going <3

i have no idea how the hero has contributed to this community what so ever.U could see how "helpfull" he was in last meating.

 

tbh , i could search this forum for like 24 hours starting with posts as old as shai (ily shai ) and not find a SINGLE post that is more usefull than the peeing machine thingy Joetorp posted , seriously , TheHero doesn't even like this community ,he sayd that himself , doesn't care for anyone .

there is some post where he replied at shai sayin "i like how pple react to me trolling" confirming how he doesnt give a damn about this whole community and that he is just here for trolling. I used to think as well that they were causing good for nothing drama and that their posts were only to stir shit but as of late (the past couple months) I have seen a great change in all of them and gotten to talk to all of them here and there and they are very fun guys (and gals, Kesha ) and I know they do not mean any harm (mostly lol but hey.. Everyone gives there little digs on people sometimes..)..

Our friendships with Trojan were the reason we arrived here, we've known Trojan for years and trust me, if we were truly toxic individuals he would not have so happily involved us. Trojan loves this place and pays through the ass for it. We do bring a sense of sarcasm/humour/trolling that maybe some people can't deal with but he obviously thought it wouldn't be too much to handle.

 

I know Vlat makes some very valid points, taking my posts so literally that there's no room for any sarcasm obviously, so there's no point replying to that mess.

 

And fuck me, is that post really why this all blew up? I mean, seriously? A picture of a bird with arms and that's offensive? But the topic not in the spam section that was riddled with shit coming my way had no complaints until we brought it up to show the obvious bias that takes place here. I mean fuck, I know everyone here has some sort of problem with me because of whatever reason but fuck, it's staring you in the face.

 

I guess I'll just say what I told Trojan. There's a few select individuals here for one reason or another have fell into helping Trojan and quite honestly they're batshit retarded or have a poor as fuck reputation, but hey, I have a poor as fuck reputation and people probably think I'm retarded so my opinion's probably worth fuck all at this time.

 

For anyone wondering what it was we were doing with social media i'll give you a rundown:

 

We have a large group of people we all know from lots of different games. Italy and I have taken a lot of time to organise some video content from the likes of Frozen/Dave (good AVA/League players, Dave has purchased a lot of recording equipment and I'm sure he'll be a bit dissapointed but eh, moving on) and a variety of other gaming content keeping it broad appeal with the likes of Minecraft/CSGO/Dota/Street Fighter/Game Playthroughs. It takes a lot of effort to organise and we were getting there.

 

I was gonna start organising inhouses (i'm still doing the dota ones if anyone's down) for people here for Dota/CSGO on a regular basis to give everyone a static oppertunity to play with eachother.

 

Italy was handling Facebook/Twitter for the time-being until things got rolling.

 

That's a basic rundown of what I was doing personally and I did spend a lot of time communicating with the various groups involved. We have a tight-knit group of friends who all play together in whatever we do and were honestly excited to help.

 

On a personal note to Trojan I'm sorry man and I'd hate to be you in this situation, I still love you and I hope in time this gets fixed.

First off, drop the sarcastic attitude I am not a child and I know everything that goes on these forums because I read every post. If I felt anyone was being harassed I would have dealt with it as I have multiple times in the past. If you had a serious concern I would assume you would contact someone in the upper staff to resolve the matter because they are taken very seriously. I have seen only one post in the past that has crossed a line by any of the above mention names and it was removed and dealt with. Dronez is well rewarded for his efforts as you can see the Administrator status beside his name. He has been treated very kindly by me and the rest of the staff and to say otherwise is complete bullshit. Oh you have been pissed off for a long time? Here is an idea grow the fuck up and tell someone instead of sitting there angry. The administration is here to solve those problems and to make people happy. And for the record I am pissed off 90% of the time because all I do is work on this community. Try showing me a little respect.

How dare you say I do not give a fuck. I have been on two different teamspeaks, the forums, and facebook for the last 4 hours trying to resolve this. To even suggest they are somehow above anyone else in regards to being banned you are completely ignorant. Look at the people that are banned on these forums. There are three names:

 

• Animoski
• Cronus
• Agent

If you are suggesting that Hero or Italy has done anything even remotely close to what the three above have done you are a fool. Also, No one has me blinded. I have known Italy and hero for almost a decade. I know they are good guys and have a wealth of knowledge and could actually help this community. At this point in time I am not going to go against my community, but I can tell you I am not about to abandon my friends or call them down in anyway because they have done a lot of good for this community in the past two weeks alone.
