Gumby is right. I don't see why people even want to take the risk of adding that map. But you can add it if you want. In the end, you'll see the words 'I told you so'. 

 

But, don't even consider removing Under and Field. They may be boring after a decade, but they are still the maps that somehow keep players in the server. The moment you remove one of those maps, or both, your server is dead. 

 

Rencorner has 11 players right now, with the map Field. Jelly only 9, with City Flying, another map that's just too big. Ultra has 3 with Uphill. 

 

The game is near death, don't take a risk with a map that is too big. Especially when you've already tried that map twice. 

 

 

(EDIT: a few minutes later, RenCorner has 15 players with Field, Jelly only 5 with Glacier Flying and Ultra 5 with Country.)

I personally wouldn't mind it in there, It's a decent enough map.

 

But this exact thing has been done before.. A forum post was made because people wanted it in the rotation, but then when it was added no one seemed to play it and left.

 

And as JQuo has said, it's a big map and not exactly fun unless there's a mass amount of players ingame.

So the poll's pretty clearly in favor of adding the map (70%), while I would understand the worries about people leaving the map, I've never really seen or experienced this myself.

 

So I guess it's up to the admins whether they want to give Glacier another chance. I'd fucking love it and it seems a majority here would too. Actually I feel myself getting a little bored of the usual rotation and a new awesome map would inscrease my motivation to play renny again.Lastly, I doubt you will lose any rencorner players by adding it, if they don't like it they'd simply leave and maybe rejoin another, later map, same as many people do when under is up for next map.

Glacier is awesome. Put more maps in the rotation so we dont have half the time of the rotation a field or a under map. And creekdale can be added too in my opinion
