SovietWolf Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 Any one played this series or heard of it? Currently playing S.T.A.L.K.E.R Call of Pripyat with Misery 2.0 http://www.miserymod.com/ Fun game. Should check it out if you enjoy a great challenge in a survival fps with outstanding realism as compared to COD or Battle Field
SovietWolf Posted December 10, 2013 Author Posted December 10, 2013 Forgot to mention, HUGE open dynamic world to play in. Great story line. Factions to choose from. Wild life and mutants. Also beautiful textures. Only down side I can say about it is the xray engine can be a bit unstable at times.
Lundy004 Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 Looks way too graphics heavy for my computer...
f1r3st0rm Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 i bought the very first game of the series, had lots of bugs though. (Very immersive if you can understand russian)
SovietWolf Posted December 11, 2013 Author Posted December 11, 2013 I understand bits and pieces. But honestly dont bother with ClearSky. Get Shadow of Chernobyl or Call of Pripyat
f1r3st0rm Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 i just said that I have the first game of the series, shadow of chernobyl
SovietWolf Posted December 11, 2013 Author Posted December 11, 2013 Thats the second. ClearSky is the first
f1r3st0rm Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 story-wise yes, but shadow of chernobyl was first game released

SovietWolf Posted December 12, 2013 Author Posted December 12, 2013 story-wise yes, but shadow of chernobyl was first game released Did you play using 'STALKER Complete'? Fixes a few things and make the overall game experience much much better and smoother, did for me any way
