Oceanic IRC Link

Greetings!

 

As apart of some upcoming changes, we now have an Oceanic IRC node which is linked to the RenCorner IRC Hub. This node provides localised IRC connectivity to people living in the Oceanic (Australia/New Zealand) region. This will improve connection speed and overall performance to oceanic end users.
