New world and a new vip housing section

In the new(same world, before anyone was on it) world, there's a new housing area strictly for these groups:

 

VIP, Topaz, Emerald, Ruby, Sapphire, Diamond, Amethyst, Mod, HalfMod, and TempMod.

 

This will make things a little bit less griefed. If you guys do use it, it means your homes wont get destroyed with a world reset now.

You'll have to re-claim the homes(and no stealing).

 

We'll be able to /cut that whole section out, and paste it into any new world we choose.   Redoing the protections and teleporters will be a bitch, but might be worth it.
