mostly killing floor information, i've already made a stats script, rank script and a mod intro join script:

so where do these scripts run exactly  - the client of whoever started the bot?

the scripts run on the client you put the scripts on, RCBOT is an mIRC Client with plenty of scripts running through it that me and shai have made
