GSA is down , so you guys can either use WOL , or renist won't work for you .

 

Alternatively you can direct connect to the server at this socket :   208.115.205.106:5000

 

Here's how you do it :

 

Create a shortcut of renegade.exe

 

open that shortcut's properties and in the target field add : +connect 208.115.205.106:5000 netplayername <your nick name here> +multi

 

for example here's mine "D:\Games\ali\game2.exe" +connect 208.115.205.106:5000 netplayername OSTKvlat +multi

I think the ip changed for the gsa master server or something went wrong.

It didn't work Vlat.  Program gave me the "Invalid path" error report.  I think my dashes won't be accepted.  If you have any other ideas, let me know.

Renlist does seem to be screwed, only favourites are being shown. 

Anyway, here is a direct connect script, made by ReLaX, for those who are having problems in joining the server. 

 

on *:INPUT:*: {

  if ($1 = !rc) {

    run D:\Games\Westwood\Renegade\game2.exe /multi +connect 208.115.205.106:5000 +NetPlayerName InsertNickHere "  $+ $2 $+  "

  }

}

 

 

You need to be on mIRC to be able to use this script, run it and hit alt+r and paste this script in remote tab. Replace the path to where you have installed ren and put your nick at InsertNickHere. To join the server, simply do !rc in any channel.

Mine works just fine, might be because I had the servers on Fav?

(I didn't see any issues though, only that the rest of the list is empty but the Favorite ones)
