Ever thought about having a day where the server hosts a variety of different game modes?

E.g -

Map #1 - AoW Mode/edited Marathon mode (Maybe a time limit on marathon where sudden death is applicable after a certain time)

Map #2 - Fun Sniper mode (With Special Chars)

Map #3 - Deathmatch mode (Maybe limited to certain weapons? idk)

Map #4 - Capture the flag (You get the idea...)

Map #5 - etc..

If this is even possible I'm not 100% sure as I don't know if you have to config the server after each map or it can just be done all at once, I'm no expert in this field.

IMO, this 'Funday' could potentially bring a lot of players towards RenCorner and gives the 'coders' a chance to experiment, what harm could it possibly do? If you guys have the space on your box or VPS or w.e it is you're hosting on, maybe try it alongside the Marathon server and see what the results are, I'm sure I speak for a good few players when I say new ideas are mostly welcome (Just look at the vet system for example)

This post is aimed more so as Animoski and coders/mod developers (G1D etc.. yes I singled you out bitch )

I wanted to try something like no repair guns, so if buildings looses health you can't do anything about it.

I always wanted to see no repair tbh, that would be so intense everyone would step up there game.

No repairs sounds interesting. Would probably have to disable C4 too since there'd be no way to counter it.

I think all these could be a cool idea, and all are definitely possible. The main concern I have is to make sure it is in a different server than the marathon server because we dont want to lose regulars there.

Yeah maybe a few testing stages on a seperate server, all ideas for now

wnx and ostk are not associated with rencorner right?

I think the official view is that OSTK endorses the use of the Rencorner server by its members.

I think it would be nice to have a server running a random event per map, maybe based on player votes, but using those settings on the marathon server wouldn't be so good
