Tonight all the servers will be updated with this huge update.

 

 

 

 

 

'What's the point of having a cool gun if everyone else has one too? You know who has guns that are all alike? The army. And the army isn't fun at all. They barely trade and paint their weapons, they hardly ever give each other presents when one of them does a really good job, and their weapons don't even have kill-counters or sparkle effects. So, frustrating weekend.

 

With limited time available I completed my Borneo contract easily, my Engineer contract likewise, and thought my Soldier contract would go smoothly as well,

 

However the bonus level is driving me nuts. It's basically the 'For whom the shell trolls' achievement.

 

'As a Soldier, score 30 points, (5 points each time = 6 times), by blowing an opponent airborne with your rocket launcher and killing them with your secondary weapon before they land'.

 

I got 20 points so far (four of the six i need), mostly on Borneo but can't seem to get the last 2.

 

Current Soldier layout is: Original (for the extra shots in the mag) and the Reserve Shooter as secondary (tried the Bison but that was worse).

 

Any advise from you TF2 guys would be appreciated.

Only thing i can think of is go to hightower and try to kill rocket jumpers the reserve shooter....good luck.

I'm willing to help you if you want we can go to a empty server and you can take your frustrations out on me from all those back stabs if you would like. It may be a little cheating but some of those advanced portions are pretty difficult or extremely time consuming

I appreciate that buddy and I might well hold you to that offer.

 

I wouldn't do it if it was an official achievement of course.
