Good-One-Driver Posted October 29, 2012 Posted October 29, 2012 One of the biggest hurricane's to ever hit united states is going to hit new york and all the cities / towns / states on the eastern coast on Monday - Wednesday, as some of you know Animoski lives in new york and I just want to wish him and everyone on the eastern coast my prayers and hope everyone makes it okay and nothing bad will happen. 3

Guest Animoski Posted October 29, 2012 Posted October 29, 2012 Thanks for the well wishes guys. Today was the day where the impact was supposed to hurt us the most, there's a lot of flooding and rain but not as bad as the wind. If this damn tree right outside my building that i've been keeping my eye on for a while now falls down, I won't have internet for like, 3 weeks I'll keep you guys posted
Wyld1 Posted October 29, 2012 Posted October 29, 2012 Stay low! serpentine!!! I can relate bud. Just stay really stoned too. Helps pass the time lol. Be safe m8.
Guest Animoski Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 Decided to stop smoking for like 4-5 days because I wasn't getting high anymore. Need to kill my tolerance. Been getting drunk instead! 1
Volcom Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 It is just starting to him me in Ontario now.. So far one woman has been killed from flying debris. I think the worst will be through the night so we will see the damage in the morning haha
Guest Animoski Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 Lots of animosity around here man. Looks and sounds like a warzone out there. Fortunately, my family and I are safe.
Wyld1 Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 Good to hear. Volcom now your turn to get storm drunk!
Volcom Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 Storm didn't seem too bad. Very minimal damage. Quit a few places around me without power though. All good here and I hope everyone else is doing well too.
Poseidon Posted October 31, 2012 Posted October 31, 2012 As they said on the news, it is no longer classified as "Hurricane Sandy" they say its now a "Tropical Storm"
RnD Posted October 31, 2012 Posted October 31, 2012 Ani is still Ani so I would imagine he must be fine. xD But I do send my prayers east, for New York to be hit damn near dead on by this, it must be like what Katrina was to the Gulf States, if not worse already, I normally keep my religious views to myself out of respect for others own views but I pray and ask God to help those in need on the East Coast.
liamwells100 Posted October 31, 2012 Posted October 31, 2012 He said he was gunna drink through it so i guess hes fucked up and has no clue whats going on! XD
Mikey Posted October 31, 2012 Posted October 31, 2012 My thoughts are with those who lost their lives along with the grieving families/friends, also to the children from the hospital that lost power to the newborn incubators! God watch over them.
Guest Animoski Posted November 1, 2012 Posted November 1, 2012 Lots of people in New York without power. But it's literally nothing compared to the devastation people had to go through in Jersey. I cannot imagine what must be going on in the minds of those who have lost their houses, only to see someone's boat that used to be a mile away pushed up on what used to be your front lawn. I have been helping out a couple of my friends clean up the remains of their houses for the past 2 days. I've been bored out of my mind this week, with nothing to do so i've decided to volunteer. I'll try to get some pictures up this weekend.
Joetorp Posted November 3, 2012 Posted November 3, 2012 I have to admit, I've never been thru a hurricane so late in the season, and one with literally no rain, we got about 2-3"(mostly light) over the life of the storm. I am 50 mile north of NYC, we had 80 mph gusts. Lost power, internet, and phone. I have a generator that ran from Monday to Friday, and was able to watch TV thanks to Directv (satellite). My property took no damage.
Sean Posted November 3, 2012 Posted November 3, 2012 It is certainly very shocking how much damage a hurricane can do. I'm glad the tree didn't fall on your apartment Greg <3 It might be a good idea to cut it down though...
