It's unlike you Americans to be so sentimental, it's normally the domain of us Brits.

 

I don't recall Jelly ever closing down in 'honor' of another server closing. I've played enough commwars against Jelly to know that no quarter was ever asked for nor any given. Personally I've never played there and have no respect for them. Particularly since they cheated against me in RGCT2 and then lied to cover it up. (which Volcom will remember).

 

As far as I'm concerned, if they're closing down, it's their own fault because they failed.

 

Maybe it's because i've been a soldier and experienced war in real life but I can't feel sympathy for them, victory is everything. Their closing feels like a victory to me. I'm not saying I don't respect what Jelly achieved, far from it, I just don't see why Rencorner players have to be deprived of their game just because Jelly failed.

I still say the better server wins and please to the war God's renegade never dies. I played jelly for many months but they lost people due lack of diversification. Why I went to rencorner and Will support this server financially and physically till I can't.

Come one come all, for on Sunday August 30th engineers will no longer have shotguns, sbh's can pick up weapons, nobody can buy tanks all map long, and nobody can buy weapons all map long. Killing the barracks has meaning again everyone! One day only, like a black friday sale.
