Adem2012's AFK habit

It seems at least half the time that I see Adem2012 in game, he is AFK. I !qkick adem2012, and he rejoins 10 minutes later only to afk again shortly after.

I know a lot of other players are getting sick of it, myself included. Whenever I see he is on my team at the beginning of a match, I know my team will inevitably be one person short at some point.

He is getting the reputation of being "the guy that AFKs in game".. What are our options here?

I already told him that if he continues, he'll face further consequences (24 hour ban). He's fully aware now.

Yeah, as Manu, I also warned him this morning telling him more or less the same thing, cause I had to qkick him for, surprise, being afk. He later joined bitching at me and at the rest of the players that were complaining about him always being afk and costing them some games. Had to make them all chill because there were even insults flying around and such. No surprise either, many of our regulars are getting tired of him going afk, and like Manu, I also warned him of a 24 hours ban if he kept doing it. It's not something very common, but his afk behaviour is starting to get out of hand, so if kept, it'll be dealt as mentioned.

So no worries, we got this from now on.

They're constantly afk and usually for multiple maps at a time, maybe monitor their ingame activity too.

I ALWAYS tell him to stop doing it, and I can only assume he does it on purpose, it's not that friggin hard to quit the game, 2 clicks that's it. He doesn't even have the decency to respond to my PMs.

The problem is that you don't have an automated system like "3 strikes and you are out for the day" 

If you get 3 qkicks for the same reason: afk, TH, abuse etc, you get a kick for the day. Next 3 qkicks a week etc. That should get people to stop it. Because the only people that still play regularly enough to get kicked all the time are addicted So they will want to come back..

That is a good idea, you can put that in the announcements so everyone will be aware of the policy.
