I don't wonder about other servers, don't care.

Onto the team balance thing. I've told them they can wait 5+ minutes because generally the teams fix themselves with the comings/goings of people. I see nothing wrong with the teams as they fixed themselves in short order, not even counting the !team/!mods/!balance.
