Joe I think that you need to think about the !seen thing. Up until a few days ago you hadn't stepped foot in Ren in ages. 34 games since that bot was last made within 4-5 months time. Shai, While I personally didn't do a !seen search up until today, I have had someone do it for me and mentioned that jok3r for one, hasn't been on in awhile. I did do !seen today and while it does say everyone has been seen recently, it also says I have been seen due to the fact I played last Sunday. So the !seen command is good for the last time, not a history of playing time over a period (pick a term).

I ain't trying to pick a fight with you, I have questions regarding my home community, which I appropriately addressed here in the forum, No one, not even you, mentioned (and we talk frequently) anything about changes in something that affects my status. I also noticed that my % symbol has been removed on irc, I noticed that my moderator title has been changed on TS to donator, I noticed that access to cp in the forums was removed a few months back, I noticed that my title on the forum still says server moderator, I have no clue what that means since I don't seem to have access to anything.

I know you are a busy man with regards to RC and RL, I surely don't want to contribute to anymore stress in your life as I respect you, I am merely stating some observations. RC has gone downhill in recent months, due to no communication, none in the mod forum, where the lower staff should have input, none in the forum where the members could comment.

I ain't no transient member, I have donated to this server month after month and IMO should be included in what is going on. I ain't saying that I should be a decision maker per say, however, give me and other donators the common courtesy of a briefing or pm when changes are about to happen.

This topic should be imortalized within RenCorner's history, as bad as things have become, we need to remember to never again allow this community to sink so far, since this topic started, we have seen steps taken towards improvements, but they need to continue, and become stronger still.

If we ever hope to be united again, we need to abolish an inner circle type leadership and form a not a narrow path between the leadership and the public, but a six lane highway, if we hope to be strong, we must refuse to be weak and in such I am calling for us to bring back that desire to move forward and that drive that nearly made us an equal competitor with Jelly months ago, that drive was not our leadership, it was not our server, it certainly was not Xpert, it was all of us.

So let us see where this goes, we have sparked the motivation it seems, lets see if it becomes a fire that continues to spread, and move forward.

Beyond that, we should be looking forwards to improving the game servers we do offer. Shadow has been looking at the MC server, and reportedly after some updates that i've done, debugging by Shadow and plugin updates suggested by Agent, it seems to be improving slighly, although it seems to have just crashed =[

There's been a lot more stuff to take care off (like internal issues with OSTK), and considering it's the holiday season i'm not sure when a community meeting should be set so that most if not all admins and mods can be around for it.

Certain stuff have been already addressed and some people have seen some kind of improvement. I suspect at this point you're looking forward more to the post than the actual cause. As for when my announcement will be officially made, i'm not trying to just put out a statement and hope for the best. That's not how things should be run. I rather take my time and be sure to address all the issues and come up with a proper way to go about things to make sure it's viable.

I try to comment on pretty much everything because I care, if I have a opinion about something then I'll speak out about it, if anything I'm merely agreeing with your concerns that things haven't been done right and in my own personal opinion (as is all my posts) things need to change and if there's anything I can do to help that process along, I shall do so.

You can help by elaborating on what the issues are that are not being run? I would be glad to help in anyway I can if I knew the issues. I think you have a group of leaders here that care and want things to work. But I have learned each side has a different view and we (the leaders) may need help seeing your view. There could be mus-conceptions on how things should be as well. An example is I know for one a lot look to Ani to do things he leaves up to the admins and the next thing we have is peeps thinking Ani isn't doing his job when it may never have been. If this also deals with decisions on certain players, I can understand peeps being frustrated. But sometimes it comes down to the leaders decision and not all will agree. All we can do is explain to help all understand.

Bottom line all we need to do is talk it out.

OSTK I will remind you that you play here, Your not in any kind of ownership type scenario here, in other words, while your opinion is equal to anyone else's here, I will remind you that this problem of yours which has been the subject of recent drama could not have come at a worse time, the focus needs to be on repairing RenCorner while such is still possible, you can take this post however you wish, frankly I am still wondering if I care or not despite the fact I actually like OSTK and I do like the fact OSTK players here.

What bothers me is yours clans inability to take the sword to obvious problems, I think I saw Bubble before she was banned from RenCorner, hopefully forever I might add, Animoski can certainly use the time to regain the near complete mind fuck she pulled on him, wearing an OSTK Avatar in Teamspeak?

It's not my place to say who and what your clan recruits but if you guys at one point did consider her that would be a joke, thankfully I know a number of people within OSTK, none of you strike me as being complete idiots so I feel that fear is more then likely ready to be washed away, as for Bacon, while I don't know much other then what rumors have already been flying, the obvious solution is always there, if someone is a problem, especially in something like a Renegade Clan where each and every member now days can be hard to replace at some level, that is still no excuse to not hold him or anyone of the sort to the sword.

Case in point, I make this post because as I said, the focus needs to be on reviving RenCorner before the place is too fucked over to even bother trying to fix it, and yes if we continue with bad decision making and dodging dealing with issues when they present yes I see that happening, if your clan is having issues, take those issues to the sword, but do not allow those issues to spill over into RenCorner when all of you evidently know how sensitive of times these are.

All of this said, I will remind, I like OSTK, I think it is a good clan and alot can be said for it's resilience in an age of Renegade where very little is left, I like the fact that your clan plays here, not only does it help the player-count but none of you bullshit when you claim skill as a reason for your clans victory's, I cite Darkz out of respect for him, I have seen what he can do many times, so again, do not take this post as me trying to disrespect your clan, or tell your clan how to do things, I am trying to simply say that the drama right now could and should be cleaned up, and if Bacon is as bad is whats been circulating, hold him to the sword.

Last but not least, as for RenCorner, it will be fixed, one way or the other, as a caring staff member among a number who care, we will not rest until RenCorner reclaims honor and glory, and until issues are dealt with, and problems held to the tip of a sharp blade, I refuse to see RenCorner go the way of so many community's which fell short of their goals and then faded into obscurity, if you are unhappy OSTK, then stand with us to bring back the said honor and glory.

Finally, I see that more and more people are complaining about lag since you started using Blacky's stuff. I myself have had the first bandwidth reset message outside of TmX since I started using 3.4.4.

Unforunately, the main leaders of OSTK, Flappy and D4rKz are busy with real life issues, as you yourself have been recently, and so the clan has not progessed much further than where we were when we reformed.

I tried to stay out of this topic but it just isn't going to happen. What is your issue with the way the community is ran? And why is everyone waiting so long to voice an opinion? We are trying to do our best to maintain a community which includes, forums, teamspeak, irc, 3 renegade servers, 1 minecraft server, then Ani and I have neron host. Furthermore we all have lives outside of renegade. So please let me know your concerns so we can try to solve some issues instead of bitch about them in a public forum thread.

Second, I don't consider much beneath me. I consider ignorant people that are inactive with a specific role in this community to be a pointless pain in my ass. The main reason you've been kept as long as you did was because I kept on pushing shaitan to do SOMETHING. In response to the updated first post, yes, I used to smurf a lot. Yes, I was inactive for a while due to issues in real life, and a shitload of exams (which I believe you have provided as one excuse for the lack of progress of rencorner). But another reason I just couldn't be arsed to do anything was because when you brought xpert in, you didn't even warn me so I could stop working on the first bot. If you imagine yourself into that position, would you be too willing to help?

With regards to purposely aggravating moderators; I'll assume you're referring to the incident with Good-One-Driver a few days ago as I can't remember any other time I have aggravated moderators. I was off my face at that time, my girl had just fucked off with some other guy and I was generally feeling shitty, which made me do and say things that I regret, as dronez told me I would.

The fact that you never see me around is due to a few things. As previously mentioned, I took a break from renegade for a month or so, and currently, I have college 7 hours a day. Combine that with the fact that we're on a 5 hour time difference and you'll soon realise why we're never on at the same time. When I first accepted the position of developer, it was in the summer holidays where I could fuck around on teamspeak until half three in the morning, and we'd be online at the same time.

I don't believe I've ever asked for an apology, neither do I want one. I've already asked shaitan to remove my forum privileges, so you won't have to worry about this "joke" much more. I'll just be some ingame noob who neither knows nor cares about the community surround the game he plays.
