What Happened to the server?

Right I don't know what happened to the server hopefully if I get some screenshots 

from my perspective you will see. Now as you know, you have a map and you can discover more things like where the spawn is for example.

So the map isn't black, it shows you where it is. Now I don't want to alarm anyone as I hope this can be fixed.
