First off, you haven't been on this server for ten weeks. We can check your registration date and unless you joined as a different character, you registered only four weeks ago. Secondly, you've griefed a lot of buildings in Server 2 in the past and done quite a bit of damage. Unless we see you turn that sort of behavior around, I can't let you have access to something that'd let you grief more of the above glass area.
