Charre Posted October 17, 2016 Posted October 17, 2016 sometimes the server isn't full but gives the message, other times it could actually be full. to answer the question: there is a bug that causes that message, sometimes the server is only half full and doesn't let people on. sometimes the server crashes and doesn't realize it has.
